Antiscia
Yansıma Noktaları · Solstice mirror
Definition
Antiscia is a planet's reflection across the solstice axis. It works through the summer–winter solstice axis (0° Cancer ↔ 0° Capricorn). To find a planet's antiscia: measure how far it is from 0° Cancer and mark the same distance on the other side of the axis. Example: 10° Cancer's antiscia is 20° Gemini. These two points are considered "hidden partnership" in classical tradition — what happens at one resonates at the other. Contra-antiscia is calculated through the other axis (0° Aries ↔ 0° Libra). Modern astrology rarely uses it; valuable in classical horary and natal for seeing hidden bonds.
In practice
Two antiscia-related planets in your natal chart usually create "a bond the native senses but can't articulate." Transit antiscia: another transit passing through a planet's antiscia point creates a hidden trigger effect. Classical tradition's "invisible aspect."
