TAROT COURT CARD · fire

Page of Wands

Upright meaning

The Page of Wands is fire's youngest, most eager expression. Excitement, inspiration, a brave beginning to try something new. When this card arrives: an idea has awakened, a message has come, something new wants to begin. Not yet complete; raw, bright-eyed, but inexperienced. The energy of a young student, an emerging artist, a founder on their first project. Age-independent — the person is internally in "new beginning" mode. Risk: the excitement is raw; follow-through and sustaining can be weak. But the moment's energy is real; trusting that light is valuable.

Reversed meaning

Reversed: inspiration without action; a dream abandoned before starting. Impatience and disappointment. Someone else's enthusiasm reflected onto you but the ground isn't yours.
