Theme

The 19 South series brings mixed-feeling decisions. Its eclipses are neither pure joy nor pure sorrow — both at once. Per Brady, the theme is "double-sided development" — as one door closes another opens but both sides carry weight. The December 14, 2020 eclipse fell in the middle of the pandemic: vaccine news and case surges came in the same weeks. This series's eclipses carry the message "be careful what you want — it can be as tiring as it is loved."
