Shravana

Mythology

Shravana means "the one who hears" — symbol an ear or Vishnu's three footsteps. Vishnu is the universe's preserver; the Trivikrama (three-step) myth — one step measures the whole earth, one step the whole heavens. Moon rules — emotional listening; the one right ear carries the wisdom of an age.
